Good Friday Closure Notice

In observance of Good Friday, our offices will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, 2026.

This day provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and spend meaningful time with family and loved ones. ✝️

We will resume business on Monday, April 6th at 9:00 AM. We hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend.

Thank you to all who came out yesterday to the Easter Egg hunt! We had a great time.

Thanks to all the volunteers and Beta Club Students who hid the 7,800 eggs. Special thanks to businesses, churches, organizations, and individuals who donated eggs to the hunt as well!

Egg donations are currently being accepted for our Community Easter Egg Hunt that is set for Saturday, March 28th.

We appreciate those who have donated so far! Donations can be dropped off now through March 27th at Town Hall or Ivy Rose Florist.

Mantachie Town Hall will be closed Monday, February 16, 2026 in observance of President’s Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.

All kids are welcome to join!!

We’re especially looking for more sign-ups in the older age groups for both boys and girls. Don’t miss out—sign up before it’s too late!

For your convenience, forms and envelopes are located at Town Hall on the board room table (PD side-right side door facing the building). This door remains unlocked at all time and forms and payment (cash or check) may be placed in the water dropbox between the two Town Hall doors.
