Manson Northwest Webster School District We Care. We Inspire. We Empower. The Manson Northwest Webster Community School District was organized on July 1, 1993.

The Manson CSD and the Northwest Webster CSD combined to form Manson Northwest Webster. The MNW PK-6 Elementary building (Barnum) was built in 1979 adding on to an existing 1957 building. The MNW 7-12 Junior High/Senior High building (Manson) was built in 1972 with an addition completed in 1982.

Our Story

The Manson Northwest Webster Community School District was organized on July 1, 1993 from the combined districts of Manson and Northwest Webster. The PK-6 Elementary building lies in Barnum, and the 7-12 Junior/Senior High building is located in Manson. The two buildings house approximately 760 students. The district consists of the communities of Barnum, Clare, Knierim, and Manson. It covers an area of 218 square miles in the counties of Calhoun, Pocahontas and Webster. MNW has 60 faculty members, 3 administrators and 30 support staff. MNW believes in meeting the needs of all students in a safe, positive environment. District administrators and staff welcome all prospective students and interested families are encouraged to schedule a visit and tour.
