No matter what kind of exercise you prefer, they've got it and the best part...our Warden will be the DJ all morning and Mrs. Warden will be leading some of the classes! Check it out, should be fun!

Did you know we had over 200 volunteers on race weekend?

Thank you to the following groups who really brought the energy out on the course, at the finish line, and during packet pickup:

Well deserved Shout-out to another one of our most loyal Hustlers, Jon Fulwider! We met Jon through The Hustle as a participant many years ago, but he quickly became an irreplaceable part of our race week staff, our largest supporter, and a really great personal friend. Let’s look at the stats!

✅ Has competed in ALL 11 Shawshank Hustles! He is a LIFER and multiple time Age Group Winner!

✅ Lives in Mansfield, OH just minutes from the reformatory and knows nearly everyone in the area!

✅ Is an unbelievable Race Ambassador helping other Hustlers with questions/suggestions leading up to race day, recruiting new runners/walkers to join in the fun, and genuinely wants to make everyone feel at home on race weekend!

✅ Volunteers to be part of the race week staff every year! In 2025, Jon volunteered NEARLY 50 HOURS of his time helping with tent setup, neighborhood notification, supply packing, start line setup, course setup, and so much more! On race day this year he followed Mr and Mrs Warden around the course with a camera to document their victory lap for them. Unreal!

✅ Holds the world record for most “that’s what she said jokes”! 😂
