💇‍♂️✨ Spring Haircut Event Recap ✨💇‍♀️

This past April, BCS Marion had the joy of hosting a Spring Haircut Event, and it was such a wonderful day for our students! At Buckeye Community School, we believe in supporting the whole student — and that includes creating opportunities that help students feel confident, cared for, and ready to shine. 🌟

A fresh haircut can be more than just a new look. It can bring a boost of confidence, a big smile, and a reminder to our students that they are valued and supported. 💙
We want to send a huge thank you to Platinum Barbershop, Studio 29 Barbershop, and Diamond Beauty Studio for generously sharing their time, talent, dedication, and care with our students. They had a blast being part of this event, and our students truly appreciated every moment! 👏✂️

We are so grateful for community partners who show up for our students in meaningful ways. Thank you for helping make this event such a fun and memorable experience!

🍔🎉 Happy National Hamburger Day! 🎉🍔

Today was a grill-iant day at BCS! Our staff and students were treated to delicious burgers for lunch, thanks to our amazing Food Service Team! 👏❤️

From the first bite to the last crumb, lunch was full of smiles, good vibes, and plenty of burger-loving energy! 😋🍟 There’s just something special about coming together over a classic favorite — and today’s meal definitely hit the spot! 🙌

We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kewpee in Lima, OH for helping provide hamburgers for our BCS Lima crew! 🍔✨ We are still working on getting our kitchen setup ready at this location, and Kewpee really came through for us on National Hamburger Day. We are so grateful for their kindness, support, and community spirit — they helped make today extra special for our students and staff! ❤️👏
