The Manns Harbor Fire Department is a team oriented organization with a diverse group of individuals, who strive to make a difference in the lives of others. We accomplish this by providing the citizens of Manns Harbor with dynamic, efficient and productive services.

The Manns Harbor fire and rescue department had a in eventful summer. Thanks to all the members who responded to all the calls, the community of Manns Harbor stay safe. The MHFD will continue to provide basic life support thanks to the EMTs of the department and the Dare County EMTs along with fire suppression when needed. Also thanks to the people of Manns Harbor for supporting the MHFD through the summer as the season comes to a close.

Thank goodness for state grants the MHFD got new hose and hose adaptors. Along with the grant came new turnout gear.
