Next phase of the Greenways and Blueways program is seeking public input.

Help shape the future of Onondaga County’s trails, waterways, and outdoor connections! An interactive public meeting on the countywide + Plan is happening Tuesday, June 16 at 5 p.m. at the Onondaga Lake Park Visitors Center.

County Executive Ryan McMahon said, "By protecting and activating our trails, parks, and waterways, we’re not only caring for the environment—we’re investing in economic vitality, public health, and the long-term sustainability of our region.”

Your input today helps build the trails and waterway connections of tomorrow.

These shirts were designed and printed by “Brothers Thread,” a CBA student run business. Proceeds go to benefit the Village Recreation Department. The shirts are a good way to celebrate the nation’s 250th during our Independence Day Celebration . Stop in the Village Clerks to pick up your shirt for $15!

The Village of Manlius was just awarded $150,000 as part of the Onondaga County Greenways & Blueways Grant program. This grant will allow the village to do a feasibility study and construction of a trail connecting Mill Run Park to the Limestone Nature Preserve (behind Memory and Candy Lanes) along Limestone Creek. Many thanks to County Executive Ryan McMahon for this grant and to Village Trustee Rob Oley for all of his hard work and his vision in making this happen! It's very exciting to finally be able to have a connection between our parks for our residents to enjoy. Stay tuned for more details as this project gets underway.

Sign up today for our Parent-Toddler Outdoor Play Program!

This is a free parent-led program instructed by Jenn Chapman, and it will be held on Wednesday mornings from 9:00-10:30 AM starting on July 8th and running through August 19th.

The program will include a weekly rotation of visits to Mill Run Park, Bicentennial Park, and the Village Centre Park. Enjoy free play, planned activities, and story time with books provided by Of Moose and Mind Bookshop!
