The many misdeeds of Manley:

Personal use of tax money by village (mayor fence)
Disregard for property rights.
Open meetings act violations.
Blatant disregard for the bill of rights.
Enforcement of rules only to a select few.

It’s time to recall the board of trustees, they are not looking out for Manley!

45 people voted for Tim Glass, it would only take 16 signatures to force a recall election.

Did you know that te Village of Manley Nebraska main page deletes comments criticizing the Village of Manley Board. This is a violation of the 1st amendment!

Did you know Village of Manley Nebraska has broken state laws multiple times? They have violated the Open Meetings act. Tim Glas has also suggested violating the 1st amendment in meetings. It’s time to demand resignation of Denise Swenson and Tim Glas for gross misconduct!

Did you know that it is a violation of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act every time the Village of Manley has gone into executive session outside of the permitted reasons and it is a violation of the same act when the village board voted on issues not published in the agenda?

Each violation is a misdemeanor, the first violation was a class IV misdemeanor punishable by a $500 fine and the subsequent violations were a class III misdemeanor punishable by a $500 fine and 3 months in jail.
