We just wrapped up our final stop of the Putt-Putt Golf Hole-in-One Challenge Educational Series focused on Fall Prevention and Senior Safety!

A huge thank you to the incredible staff and residents at Oak Terrace for their participation, enthusiasm, and friendly competition. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn practical fall prevention tips while having a little fun along the way.

At Synergy HomeCare, we believe education doesn’t have to be boring. By combining learning with interactive activities, we’re helping empower older adults, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to create safer environments and reduce fall risks.🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️
