The ADRC provides access to several evidence-based prevention programs through partnerships with local hospitals, clinics, senior centers and fitness centers. These prevention programs reduce emergency room visits, hospitalizations and overall health care costs.

Starting June 8th, eligible Manitowoc and Kewaunee County residents can stop at our outreach events and pick up their $25 in vouchers, to be used at any participating farm stand in Wisconsin!
