CCS is person centered, so the client chooses the path of their treatment plan, and services can be provided in a non-traditional setting. Oftentimes, services are provided in the client's home or in the community. CCS is a Medicaid funded psycho-social rehabilitation program. Manitowoc County has been CCS certified since 2005, and since 2014 is now part of a regionalized shared services model CCS called the Northeast Region CCS Consortium.
