Manitou Parking Fees will be on the Wintertime Fee Schedule Starting Monday, December 2nd
Downtown parking kiosks will be on “off-season” operation. Parking enforcement will be from 9am to 6pm. When Downtown MS visitors put their license plate number into the kiosk, they can choose the option of parking for the first three hours FREE on Mondays through Thursdays. Visitors wishing to stay longer than three hours can pay at the summer rates - $1 each for the next 3 hours, $2 each for another 4-6 hours and $3 each for parking over 6 hours in addition to the initial free parking.
Wintertime paid parking on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays stays at the summer rates, with the option of the first 15 minutes free.
Come take advantage of this free parking to do some of your holiday shopping and support local businesses. Commonwheel's Holiday Market offers work by some artists that were at the Arts & Crafts Festival and many other local artists.
Please note Ruxton Avenue from Manitou to Osage Avenue is not under the seasonal schedule and remains at the Summertime hours and rates year-round.
