At our mental health drop-in center, we believe that connection, compassion, and understanding truly can save lives. Thank you to our trainer for sharing valuable knowledge and helping strengthen the work we do every day. 💚

Healing happens when people feel safe enough to share their story.

We are honored to release the very first podcast video from our mental health drop-in center featuring Michelle Darke, who openly speaks about her journey through mental illness, addiction, recovery, and hope.

There is power in hearing “me too.”
There is power in knowing recovery is possible. And there is power in community.

If this video reaches even one person who feels alone today, then it was worth sharing.

Thank you for watching, supporting, and helping us spread awareness and hope. 💚
