The campaign for county commissioner is over. I want to thank all of your for your support. We put up a great run for this position. As we knocked on doors, my "political" message was for UNITY in our COMMUNITY. People were very receptive to that message. Many people shared with me that they did not like course our society was traveling. They agreed with me that we must join together, work together to build a beloved community. I enjoyed every minute of this campaign because it gave me the opportunity to talk, listen, and share ideas with many residents. We came in with 941 votes and the opponent had 1172. That is a great showing because of the hard work that many of you gave in this campaign. You were dynamic!
