In Case You Missed It: At the end of May, the hosted one of the most engaging community workshops we have ever joined. Participants had the opportunity to “build” their dream facilities on both the Lot 3 property and the lot at 400 MBB.⁠
⁠
It was incredibly cool to see everything in a three-dimensional format and understand exactly what could fit on the site. We had to consider all kinds of factors: preserving views, vehicle access, whether outdoor dining made sense, how much density was appropriate, and the potential impacts on surrounding businesses and residents. ⁠
⁠
It was a fascinating exercise in balancing competing priorities while envisioning the future of our community. If this opportunity is offered again, don’t pass it up!
