You can go online and pre-purchase your Day Use passes, find a state park that meets your needs (like Fontainebleau does😉), and even book your overnight stays.

You'll receive a confirmation after purchase. Save that and show it at the window. You're all set for a great day of fun on the trails and the beach. Don't forget to stop at the Visitors Center!

A huge THANK YOU to these awesome ladies that came out this morning to support Ranger Garrett and the Plants With a Purpose program!

We had a great time doing some hands-on work making teas and tinctures and discussing what to do and why we do it. This approach will likely be repeated eventually…particularly on rainy days like this.

If you would like to learn more about native plants that are edible or medicinal, and ways to utilize them, come join Ranger Garrett every 2nd/4th Saturdays at 10:00 at the Visitors Center. Private groups can contact the ranger through email to schedule classes during the rest of the week as well.
