I wanted the chance to talk about a few of my favorite parks and places in Mandan. Places that hold a lot of memories for my family and me, and places where I’ve watched so many others make memories of their own.

From ball fields to playgrounds to the spaces where our community gathers, each one is a reminder of how important our parks are to everyday life in Mandan.

Thank you to my daughter, Samantha, for helping capture this.

Election Day is June 9th!

I’ve been fortunate to have the support of my family through so many different seasons of life, and hearing these words from my daughter is something I’ll always be grateful for.

At the end of the day, so much of why I care about our parks and programs comes back to family, the memories we made when my kids were young and now with our grandchildren, and the memories families are still making in Mandan today.

Thank you, Samantha. Your support means more than you know.

My favorite campaign crew is back at it!

My granddaughters were out enjoying the park, and making sure Grandpa’s sign got a little extra attention while they were there.

Seeing them have fun in the parks we’re working to support is a pretty good reminder of what this is all about.
