Meetings are held every third Thursday from 12-1 at the Cumberland Valley District Health Department conference room. Meeting locations are subject to change and a notification will be sent!

Cumberland Valley District Health Department, Healthy Clay, and Stay in Clay are all partnering to improve the environment for physical activity in Clay County. Check out the new paving near the swinging bridge. Parking spaces have been added so walkers can access the trail, park benches have been added at various locations and the trail has been extended! When each phase has been completed, we will have paved trails from Rawlings Stinson Park to the Salt Works!

The Annual Tri-County Health Fair is this thursday, July 24 from 2- 5 pm in the Red Bird Christian School Gym. There will be free screenings such as blood pressure, bone density, and many more. We hope to see you there taking advantage of the wonderful resources offered by Red Bird Mission and other local providers.
