๐Ÿšจ CLICK IT OR TICKET ๐Ÿšจ

Beginning May 11 through May 31, the Manchester Police Department will be participating in the statewide โ€œClick It or Ticketโ€ campaign during the Memorial Day travel period.

Officers will be increasing patrols and focusing on seat belt and child passenger safety enforcement to help keep our roads safe.

A seat belt takes seconds to put on โ€” but it could save your life.

Buckle up. Every trip. Every time. ๐Ÿš“๐Ÿ’™

This National Police Week, we recognize the person behind the badge.

The long nights.
The missed holidays.
The difficult calls.
The moments nobody sees.

Law enforcement is more than a profession โ€” it is a commitment to stand between danger and the community we serve.

We honor those currently serving and remember the heroes who never made it home.

From all of us at the Manchester Police Department, thank you for your continued support. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ–ค

๐Ÿ’™ Inspiring the Next Generation ๐Ÿš“

Today, officers with the Manchester Police Department had the opportunity to visit Mountain View Elementary School for Career Day. Students were able to meet officers, ask questions about law enforcement, learn more about what we do each day, and enjoy positive interactions with our team and K9 unit.

Our officers had a great time speaking with the students, sharing educational materials, and creating meaningful connections with the kids and staff throughout the event.

We believe building trust and positive relationships with our youth is one of the most important parts of serving our community. Thank you to Mountain View Elementary School for having us out today!

We are proud to serve the City of Manchester and invest in the future of our community. ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿฆ Community First, Always ๐Ÿ’™

Sergeant Salihi and Officer Hatchett spent part of their day at Hidden Creek Apartments playing soccer with kids from the neighborhood. โšฝ After the game, they handed out ice creamโ€”just a small way to give back and share a positive moment with the community. ๐Ÿฆ

Moments like these are what itโ€™s all aboutโ€”building trust, making connections, and showing that weโ€™re here for more than just calls for service.

One of the kids even wrote about today in their gratitude journal, reminding us how meaningful these small moments can be. ๐Ÿ’™

Weโ€™re proud to serve and be part of this community. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿš“
