The City of Manchester is proud to once again be recognized by the Missouri Department of Public Safety as a 2026 Missouri Blue Shield Community. This designation reflects our continued commitment to strong public safety initiatives, proactive policing, and meaningful partnerships between the Manchester Police Department and the community we proudly serve.

This recognition would not be possible without the dedication of our officers, as well as the continued support of our Board of Aldermen, residents, and local businesses. Communities receiving this designation may also be eligible for state grant funding to support law enforcement equipment and training.

Update: Her owner has been located. 🐾

Contact Ballwin or Manchester Police Departments if you recognize this sweet girl 🐶

*** Update***
We have located the owner and this sweet girl is heading home!

This sweet girl was found today near Henry and Duchmill and is hoping someone recognizes her. She’s wearing a black collar, but sadly doesn’t have a microchip to help us find her family.

She’s very friendly and clearly someone’s loved pup. If she looks familiar or belongs to you, please contact the Ballwin Police Department, 636-227-9636 so we can help get her back home where she belongs.

Let’s help this sweet girl find her way home. Please share!
