📢 UPDATE on HB 1323 — Parental Alienation Bill 🏔️⚖️

So close! Here’s where we stand…
This week the Senate committee voted “Ought to Pass” on HB 1323 — but when it came to the full Senate floor, it was pulled from the consent calendar so senators could give it a proper vote with the amendment attached.
The NEW Senate floor vote date is Thursday, April 23rd. 🗓️

This is NOT bad news. The bill is still moving forward and the committee still supports it. They just want to give it the full attention it deserves. 👊

The Senate committee just voted "Ought to Pass" on HB 1323—the bill that finally defines and penalizes Parental Alienation in New Hampshire! 🏔️⚖️

For too long, our courts have lacked a clear definition of alienation. HB 1323 changes the game by:

✅ Legally defining alienation as a pattern of harmful behavior.
✅ Requiring judges to consider it just as seriously as other forms of abuse.
✅ Making attorney fees MANDATORY for the victimized parent when alienation is proven.

We are so close to the finish line. Let’s keep the pressure on! Share this post to spread the word that New Hampshire is standing up for the rights of children to love BOTH parents.
