A friendly reminder to all Manchester property owners: the deadline to pay your first property tax installment is this Friday, September 4. Pay securely online or at Town Hall. Online payments are processed via PayGov; a 3% convenience fee applies. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Thank you for doing your part to support our community's schools, roads, and local services!

Just one week away! Our final StreetFest of the year is next Friday, September 4, 5:30 'til 8:30, Town Green and Main Street. Celtic Folk Rock band Wild Mountain Kesh on Main Street and Muddy Hollow on the Town Green. Food, drinks, vendors, food, kids' games and activities, food, and fun! Town Hall will be closed Thursday August 27 and Friday August 28. All offices will be closed - Town Clerk, Zoning/Planning, Tax bills, etc. Please make plans to see us before 4:30 pm Wednesday August 26, or you'll have to wait 'til Monday August 31 at 8 am.
