We’ve been awarded $10,000 in funding from 100WomenStrong to help us support seniors in Loudoun County!

This funding will help us continue providing critical assistance to older adults facing housing instability and unexpected financial emergencies. We help seniors remain safely and stably housed by addressing urgent needs that can otherwise threaten their independence and well-being.

We are incredibly grateful to 100WomenStrong for recognizing the importance of supporting Loudoun County seniors and investing in nonprofits that strengthen our community.

Last week, CFH hosted Community Housing Partners at East End Mobile Home Park to help residents learn about weatherization programs available for mobile homes at little to no cost.

These programs can help families improve energy efficiency, reduce utility bills, and make homes more comfortable year-round.

CFH successfully completed intake for 12 families, connecting residents with resources that support long-term housing stability and affordability.

Thank you to CHP and all the residents who participated!

CFH was honored to attend the Rise & Recognize: A Community Impact Gathering breakfast at Brentsville Hall, where Amazon recognized local grant awardees making a difference in our community.

Through funding provided by Amazon and the Prince William County Community Foundation, CFH was awarded a $10,000 grant to support our Mobile Pantry program.

This funding will help us continue providing nutritious food and critical support to families across the region as we work to address food insecurity and strengthen community stability.

Thank you to Amazon.com and the Prince William County Community Foundation for investing in local nonprofits and helping expand resources for our neighbors in need.

For East End Mobile Home Park’s newest resident, moving into her new home was more than a fresh start — it was a homecoming.

After previously living at East End years ago, Emma recently purchased a new mobile home and had it installed on one of the community’s newly available lots, becoming part of East End’s next chapter.

Her story reflects CFH’s mission to preserve affordable housing and create pathways to stability and homeownership. Since helping save East End from condemnation in 2018, CFH has worked to transform the community into a thriving neighborhood where families can continue building their futures.

Emma’s journey is a powerful reminder of what affordable housing, community support, and opportunity can make possible. https://cfhva.org/2026/05/7401/
