Jacqueline Smith, Clerk of Circuit Court The Circuit Court is the jury/felony trial court serving Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park. Ms. Smith at [email protected].

We are NOT Traffic Court which is handled in the General District Court. The Circuit Court is one of three state courts serving the 31st Judicial District of Virginia which includes Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. The Clerk of the Circuit Court is the only elected Clerk serving the jurisdiction. All other clerks of court are hired by the Commonwealth of Virginia

. The Clerk of the Circuit Court is elected every 8 years by the voters of Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Jacqueline Smith has served as Clerk of the Circuit Court since May 1, 2017. Smith endeavors to make the court fair, efficient and responsive to the people of the judicial district and abroad.
