🚧Upcoming Street Paving and Milling Projects🚧

The following streets are scheduled for milling/repaving, starting on Thursday, June 18 through Monday, June 22, 2026 (excluding weekend):

- Meeker Court
- Meeker Street
- Holden Drive
- Railroad Drive

Please prepare for 'No On-street Parking' on those streets during the repaving. ‘No Parking’ signs will also be installed at least 24-48 hours before work begins. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Displaced vehicles may park at the Manassas Park Police Station in the side parking lot (329 Manassas Drive) or at Blooms Park (9701 Manassas Drive) during the road repairs. https://www.manassasparkva.gov/_T3_R1984.php

Traffic Alert: Temporary Residential Road Closures for Holden Drive Repairs 🚧

The City of Manassas Park will conduct roadway repairs on a section of Holden Drive on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, requiring a temporary road closure to ensure the safety of residents and work crews.

The closure will be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will impact Holden Drive between the intersections of Holden Drive/Denver Drive and Holden Drive/Adams Street.

Residents who live within the affected section of Holden Drive will continue to have access to their homes and should use Luxor Street as their designated access route during the closure. Public Works personnel will be stationed near the Holden Drive/Luxor Street intersection to assist residents and help direct local traffic.

To facilitate residential access, Luxor Street will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the work.

If repairs aren’t completed as scheduled on Tuesday due to unforeseen conditions or weather, the same traffic pattern and road closure will remain in effect on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, during the same hours.

A detour map highlighting the affected area and access routes is included as a visual reference.

The City appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents as these necessary roadway improvements are completed. These repairs are part of the City’s ongoing commitment to maintaining safe and reliable transportation infrastructure throughout the community.

Please note all offices in City Hall, Social Services, Public Works, and the Library are CLOSED Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth.

Signal Bay Waterpark will be open from 11AM-7:45PM.

Residents must contact the Police non-emergency line at (703-361-1136 for water/sewer emergencies over the holidays and after-hours. Normal trash collection is not affected. Public safety is available on call 24/7.

All offices will reopen for normal business on 6/22/26. The Library will reopen on Saturday, 6/20/26.
