๐Ÿ’œ Community Discussion Session: Living Well With Serious Illness & Complex Needs ๐Ÿ’œ

Following our recent educational workshop, Stafford Township will be hosting an additional community discussion session for residents who would like to share experiences, discuss needs, ask questions, and participate in a more open and personal conversation.

๐Ÿ“… July 8, 2026
โฐ 6:00 PM
๐Ÿ“ Bay Avenue Community Center
775 East Bay Avenue
Manahawkin, NJ 08050

Unlike our previous presentation, this session will be intentionally smaller and will not be recorded. The goal is to provide a comfortable environment where participants can openly discuss challenges, concerns, resources, and support needs related to serious illness, caregiving, and navigating available services.

Whether you are living with a serious illness, caring for a loved one, or simply interested in learning more, we welcome you to join us for this community conversation.

Your voice matters, and your experiences can help shape future programs, resources, and support opportunities within our community.

We hope you'll join us.
