Last week, we had the opportunity to team up with the Everett Police Department for a RAD event with the high school girls in Everett.

RAD is a self-defense program that teaches awareness, prevention, and hands-on techniques to help women stay safe and confident in dangerous situations. Huge thanks to everyone who came out and brought great energy all day… and thanks for beating us up during the training 💪

Some of our future Soldiers got a firsthand look at what weapons training feels like. 💪

We took them to Fort Devens to experience the EST (Engagement Skills Trainer)—a high-tech, simulated range that builds confidence before live fire.

The EST provides realistic, repeatable training on weapons systems like the M4 and M249, while reinforcing fundamentals such as trigger control, breathing, target acquisition, and malfunction drills.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to assist Everett High School’s R.A.D. Program during their capstone event. The training focused on real-world scenarios women may encounter in everyday life and taught practical techniques to escape potentially dangerous situations.

A total of 25 junior and senior girls participated, completing each scenario and demonstrating confidence, awareness, and resilience. Proud to support programs that empower and prepare our community. 💪🇺🇸
