We've been quieter than usual as we process a deep personal loss and, separately, the loss of a young child in our community. It is profoundly difficult to grieve while also having to care for others.

While loss feels so powerless, please know that our space is available to you. If you need a mental health day or simply a safe space to occupy little ones while you tend to yourself, our doors are open—no questions asked or strings attached. Just mention this post and we will take care of you.
