Have you heard the one about the famous candymaker that runs a contest allowing five lucky winners to visit their mysterious factory? Well . . maybe you have, and maybe you haven't! While some parts might feel familiar, you haven't experienced anything quite like this. It's the world's first middle school play to be presented in "Smell-o-rama!" It's fun, it's funny, and it's so sweet!

Say Hello to Our 2022-23 Zephyr Influencers! 💛💙

These student communicators will be sharing stories about Mahtomedi Middle School with you this school year. The students are part of the Zephyr Influencers Communications Club and are learning about the career field of communications. They will be exploring storytelling via writing, photography, video, and social media. The club is open to all middle school students and meets during Zephyr time! Watch for their stories soon!

Mahtomedi Middle School sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students recently completed their summer band program and held an outdoor concert for their families. The beginning band students were able to get off to a great start on their instruments while the older students studied improvisation as well as other fun songs including Jurassic Park, Handclap, and Lean On Me. The summer band enrichment program is offered through Mahtomedi Community Education and takes place each summer for four weeks. Congratulations to our students on completing their summer music program and hosting a wonderful concert!
