FM 1488 roadway updates for the week of April 20th

TxDOT Update: FM 1488 around Smith Rd and Melton

For the week of April 20-25th the area will experience temporary roadway changes to facilitate further construction work. Plan on reduced access in the area throughout the week. Expect delays and plan alternative routes, if you can.

This early-spring weather has our Stroll maintenance in full swing! Trail restoration and power washing are complete. Work crews will continue ditch clearing and paver work through the week.

🚧 MAINTENANCE NOTICE 🚧
Planned maintenance for The Stroll and Sullivans Park begins this week. Crews will be working on the following improvements:
🧼 Power washing
🚶‍♂️ Trail restoration and ditch clearing
🧱 Re-setting of pavers
🎨 Minor painting of structures

📅 Schedule:
Weather permitting, work is expected to run through January 30, with follow-up days in early February as needed.
