Taking care of our community is such a privilege. Thank you to our patients for such kind words for our team.
• Dr. Buchanan and Mary were absolutely wonderful. My child was in pain and scared, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness. They not only comforted him but also helped ease my own worries. They truly treated us like family. Our community is incredibly blessed to have such compassionate caregivers.
• All my nurses, CNAs, and the nursing students that took care of me on 4 West were great! The care I received was much appreciated and I'm truly blessed to have been in their care. Dr. Chapman is truly a blessing to our community, my family, and me personally. He is an angel working on earning his wings.
• From the front desk staff, nurse, MA and of course Dr. Gibson, everyone is always exceptionally wonderful. Dr. Gibson is truly the only doctor that I've trusted with my care 110%. He has always listened to my concerns and has done whatever he can to address them whether it be educating me on the issue, testing, referrals, etc. I cannot say enough about him, he's truly wonderful, as are his support staff. Please recognize Dr. Gibson for always going above and beyond to provide excellent care and for always taking the time to listen to concerns and address them appropriately. He's truly exceptional and one of a kind.
• Everyone on staff was absolutely wonderful. The nurses were great. Dr. Michael Fisher was absolutely top-notch. The anesthesiologist explained what was going on. I couldn't ask for better care.
• I found Callie by the grace of God. She is kind, courteous, and goes over all your needs. She is truly a rare gem. I have lost trust in physicians, but Callie has been the exception. Makes you feel safe, not being rushed in and out. Doctors have forgotten that we are people and not cattle. You can ask questions and have them answered without being dismissed. Will recommend Callie to all I know.
• Dr. Baker always listens to what I say with the utmost patience. He never rushes me and it is obvious he cares about my health. He is awesome.
• We LOVE Dr. Buchanan. I could not have asked for a better pediatrician. She listens and always puts my mind at ease. I recommend her to all my friends. The MA who always weighs my daughter is amazing!! She is the sweetest person. The front desk staff are always friendly. This is an amazing facility to bring my daughter to.
• Yes, all of the staff have been absolutely excellent. They've gone above and beyond and have really made me feel comfortable and cared about. I really have to brag on all your nurses, your doctors, your hospitalists, respiratory therapists, the ladies who clean the room, from the top to the bottom. It's been a wonderful experience. Thank you. There are two individuals in particular, Corinne from respiratory therapy, did an excellent job taking care of me. And then there was an RN who worked a weekend and she ended up working a couple of days past it. I can't think of her name right this minute, but she did an excellent job too.
• I trust Dr. Akins. I've seen so many doctors lately, but Dr. Akins leads them all in patient care. I felt that I could tell him anything. He moved his chair right in front of me and made me feel as though I was important.
• I am terrified of having to get a certain procedure and Jamie Miller sat and explained that we could try supplements first and see if that might help. THEN, she went on Amazon with me and helped me find a supplement that would work best for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew all of the options. Then she even helped me shop for what I needed! Thank you, Jamie for going above and beyond and not treating me like just another number. The front desk was polite and hilarious! The MA was the sweetest thing ever and Jamie was amazing as usual! She addressed every issue and had a solution for everything. She always has a treatment plan and starts with the less scary stuff to see if it will work. Thank you all!!
