We appreciate everyone who came out and continues to support the mission and brotherhood of our department. Moments like these strengthen the bonds that help us better serve our community every day.

DONATION MAILER - DONATE TODAY

β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

On behalf of the Notchey Creek Volunteer Fire Department, we are reaching out to you, asking for your help.

Over the past year, we have made significant improvements, including:

β€’ Converting our old bays into a dedicated training room
β€’ Installing a new HVAC system
β€’ Completing extensive preventative maintenance on our trucks
β€’ Logging over 2,000 hours of training

These accomplishments are remarkable for a volunteer fire department. Completing projects of this sizeβ€”while continuing to provide critical services to our communityβ€”comes with many challenges, and we are proud of the progress made.

Looking ahead to 2026, our goals include:
β€’ Additional building upgrades
β€’ Installing a decontamination shower to reduce carcinogen exposure
β€’ Purchasing much-needed training materials
β€’ Expanding our community fire awareness program

These are ambitious goals, but with your support, we are confident we can reach them. The generosity of past and present donors makes a tremendous difference for our department. Every contribution, no matter the size, directly benefits our community's safety and preparedness.
Your donation will have an impact on not only the Notchey Creek community, but other surrounding communities within the county.

This letter also serves as a reminder regarding our annual donation mailers. If you have previously contributed, we sincerely appreciate your support, and if you have not yet had an opportunity to respond, we ask that you please consider supporting our department. Every donation helps us continue improving our services and preparing for the needs of our community.

You can donate by going to our website, www.notcheycreekvfd.com or by sending a check in the enclosed envelope to Notchey Creek Volunteer Fire Department, 106 Community Center Road, Madisonville, TN 37354.
