Big win in the courtroom today 👏⚖️

Congratulations to Adam Delph and Officer Aaron O’Leary on securing a guilty verdict on both DUI and reckless driving charges at trial today. This case wasn’t easy—Adam went head-to-head with a defense expert who claimed the Defendant’s hydrocodone levels were within therapeutic limits and that there was no intoxication.

Despite that challenge, the case was presented effectively and the jury returned guilty verdicts on both counts.

A well-earned victory and a great example of strong advocacy and preparation. 👏

Huge shoutout to Alex on her trial win today! 👏

Alex prosecuted an all-day jury trial that involved extensive testimony and significant dispute over key facts. Through a clear, organized, and methodical presentation, Alex proved the defendant was operating a motor vehicle under the influence while traveling through an active work zone.

The jury returned guilty verdicts on DUI 1st, careless driving (work zone), and speeding (work zone), resulting in nearly $2,000 in fines.

A hard-fought case and a well-earned conviction!
