Last week our partners in advocating for school choice, Hispanics For School Choice and American Federation for Children, joined us to host Milwaukee charter and private school students to tour the Wisconsin State Capitol! Students were welcomed by Representative Jessie Rodriguez, Rep. Jason Fields and several other legislators. High school students participated in a Grassroots Leadership Academy training on how a bill becomes law! For many students this was their first opportunity to visit the State Capitol and it was a very exciting day! We can't wait to do it again!

It was great having the Grassroots Leadership Academy back with us in Wisconsin! We had a great turnout for our inaugural Insight-to-Action event in the Madison area on Thursday. Grassroots Leadership Academy’s Dwayne Lester gave a terrific presentation on Making the Moral Case for Capitalism that was a well-received introduction to the community.
