Wisconsin Family Council

Wisconsin Family Council Informing, inspiring and involving Wisconsin citizens in the critical issues of the day that impact our families.

Since 1986, business and community leaders from across the nation have formed state-level organizations to invest in the future of Americaโ€™s families. Each state group:
Conducts policy analysis
Promotes responsible and informed citizenship
Facilitates strategic leadership involvement
Influences public opinion
Performs community and statewide work to foster a movement to affirm families. These coun

cils are independent entities with no corporate or financial relationship to each other or to Focus on the Family. However, they have a uniform purpose:
Serving as a voice for the family and assisting advocates of family ideals who aim to recapture the moral and intellectual high ground in the public arena. Wisconsin Family Council is proud to be a Family Policy Council affiliated with Focus on the Family, Family Research Council, and Alliance Defending Freedom
Our sister organization, Wisconsin Family Action, was formed in 2006.

LEAD Wisconsin is 6 weeks away!

Mission Statement: Equipping teens to become effective godly leaders who engage the culture from a Biblical perspective.

At LEAD WI, we believe the best time to start being a leader is NOW, and the best way to learn is to DO IT! Thatโ€™s why weโ€™re launching an authentic leadership simulation where high-school students have the opportunity to experience the roles of community leaders first-hand in their state capitol. Mix that in with engaging Biblical worldview discussions, faith-building worship, compelling chapel, a hearty dose of recreational activities, and lifelong relationships built throughout the weekโ€ฆand youโ€™ve got a pretty good idea of what LEAD WI looks like!
