It is with heartfelt love and admiration that we honor the life and achievement of our former Director Bill Wood. Bill served as the Director for 37 years and his desire to serve people has been invaluable. The trajectory that we have been on is a direct result of his tireless efforts of service. In my opinion, the impact he had on this community is far greater than we will ever know. From being my baseball coach at 10 years old to being my leader and mentor at Parks and Recreation for 23 years, the thing I enjoyed most was his friendship and his personal investment in me and my family. Rest easy Bill, you are truly loved and appreciated for a life well lived. Well done thy good and faithful servant.
