I’m currently developing a new online mentoring class series focused on the power of diagnostic teaching — helping educators move beyond “teaching the program” and instead truly understand how students learn.

In this series, I will:
✔️ Model how to diagnose student weaknesses
✔️ Teach strategies for planning instruction diagnostically
✔️ Show how to make student progress visible through meaningful data
✔️ Guide teachers in connecting assessment directly to instruction
✔️ Support teachers in building confidence and clarity in their teaching practice

My goal is to create practical, supportive sessions where educators can learn real-world strategies they can immediately apply in their classrooms.

Because when we understand why a student is struggling, we can teach with greater purpose, precision, and compassion. 💛
