Hobbes Corner Little Free Library

Hobbes Corner Little Free Library Hobbes Corner Little Free Library contributed by Ginny Ross & Gael Boyd. Built by Henry Miller, Wisconsin Amish carpenter. Enjoy!

Purchased at Absolutely Art, Madison, WI. Installed by Little Free Library originators Todd Bol & Rick Brooks. This library is a gift to our community - it was installed on Sunday, July 31st, 2011 at approximately 5:30 PM and within an hour neighbors had already contributed & borrowed books! It is a memorial to our dearly departed cat, Hobbes, who was named by our son Louis after the infamous comi

c strip tiger pal of Calvin. We are located 4 miles west of the Capitol & University of Wisconsin in a multi-generational neighborhood. Our hope is that community members of all ages will share favorite books of all genres and find some new favorites.
