If my dog gave real estate advice, it'd probably sound a little like this. 🐾

He always takes a lap around the neighborhood before falling in love with a place. He knows a big yard is only good if you're actually gonna use it. He doesn't panic when inspections turn up a little mess. He gets excited about the kitchen without losing sight of the budget. And he never sleeps on a good house for too long.

Basically, he'd make a pretty solid Realtor. 😂

Wow!!! Who knew 44 would start off with so many blessings.

The July numbers are in for North Alabama and yes, the summer slowdown is real.

↓ New Listings: 389 (down 2.5%)
↓ Sold Listings: 261 (down 18.2%)
→ Median Sale Price: $325,000 (holding steady from June)

📍 Madison
↑ New Listings: 242 (up 5.7%)
↓ Sold Listings: 179 (down 17.5%)
