One extra step can make a big difference.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security by requiring a second form of verification after you enter your password. That second step might be:

📱 A code from an authenticator app
👆 A fingerprint or facial recognition scan
🔢 A PIN or security question

Even if someone gets your password, MFA can help keep them out of your account.

If it's available, turn it on—especially for email, banking, social media, and work-related accounts.
