The Tenant Resource Center is looking for a compassionate, community-driven LTE Client Services Specialist to join our Eviction Defense & Diversion Partnership team in Madison, WI 🏠💙

At TRC, we believe housing is a human right. Since 1980, we’ve worked to prevent evictions, empower tenants and landlords, and strengthen housing stability across our community.
In this role, you’ll:
✨ Help tenants and landlords access rental assistance
✨ Support families facing housing instability
✨ Connect community members to critical resources
✨ Be part of a team grounded in equity, accessibility, collaboration, and anti-racism

If you care about housing justice, community care, and making a direct impact in people’s lives, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet every preferred qualification.

Join us on the green for Tee Off for Tenant Resource Center ⛳️
On Monday, September 21, 2026, we’re gathering at The Oaks Golf Course in Cottage Grove for a day of golf in support of housing justice for all.

Tenant Resource Center has defended housing as a human right in Dane County for 46 years. Your participation helps prevent evictions, support renters, and connect our neighbors with the resources they need to stay safely housed.

🕗Registration opens at 8 AM
🏌️Tee off begins at 10 AM
📍The Oaks Golf Course 4740 Pierceville Road, Cottage Grove, WI

Housing issues can be hard to understand until you can actually see the patterns in your own community.

The Tenant Resource Center’s interactive eviction map helps show where eviction filings are happening across Madison and Dane County. The map uses court filing data, which means it does not capture every eviction experience or housing displacement happening in our community. But it helps paint a clearer picture of how housing instability impacts Dane County and who is most affected.

You can use the map to explore:

📍 Renter and demographic data
📊 Historical trends over time

Whether you’re a tenant, advocate, organizer, researcher, journalist, or just someone who cares about housing in our community, this is a really valuable resource to explore and share.
