We wrapped up our year at State Convention over the last several days! Some of our members got to attend sessions, help package essential boxes for those in need, explore the opportunity fair, and play some bowling at the
K-state student union! What a great way to end the year!

Thank you to all of our supporters and school administrators that help make our program successful. This year has been both fun and rewarding to see each and every Agricultural student grow and learn the importance of this incredible industry. It was an opportunity of a lifetime to step into this role for the year and I am very grateful for all of the support! We are very excited to welcome Ms. Allison Arment to Madison and know she will do a great job in leading the Madison FFA!

Recently our Animal Science and Advanced Animal Science classes did an awesome hands on project! We had the the opportunity to process a pig to make sausage. We wrapped it up today. A huge thank you to Jacob Krystal Knobloch for donating the pig, we greatly appreciate it! Also, Sam Davis, he was the lead man on showing the kids the steps and work that goes into the butchering process. Stay tuned as we will have some sausage for sale soon!

There was tough competition for all the contest as this is open to surrounding states. The kids did well today and we are proud of all of them!

To wrap up FFA Week, we greeted the elementary kids with high fives as they got to school! Some of the members also got to get a quick picture with their Pre-K Ag buddies!
