The Westfield Regional Health Department (including Madison) has announced that the WIC (Women, Infant, and Children) Summit site is officially opening June 1 at the Summit Community Center! WIC is a supplemental nutrition and breastfeeding program that supports income-eligible pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children up to 5 years old. Services include nutrition education, breastfeeding support, referrals to community resources, and electronic food benefits. See post below for more information.

The Madison Library will be closed Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25 for the Memorial Day holiday. The Library will reopen on Tuesday, May 26 from 10 am to 9 pm.

(Thu) June 11 @ 2:30 - join us in the Chase Room for a viewing of a 2025 movie starring Jessie Buckley & Paul Mescal. Based on a 2020 novel, this movie follows the life of a famous playwright after the death of his young son.

Popcorn and refreshments will be served. No reservations required however, first come first served for seating.

Rating: PG-13 Run time: 2 hours and 5 minutes

Chair Yoga Classes @ Madison Public Library! Upcoming class dates on May 15 & June 12 (register for each class separately) 11:15-12:00. Join Pamela Nixon of Peace Play for chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated or using a chair for balance and assistance making the practice more accessible.
