The American economy no longer works for working people.

Worker wages as a share of GDP reached their lowest level on record in the 1st quarter of 2026, while corporate profits reached their highest level since 1950.

Since 2019, inflation-adjusted worker wages have increased just 3% while corporate profits have increased by 50%.

The system is rigged for the super-rich. We need to un-rig it by making work pay in this country once again.

We all know that AI data center construction has exploded in recent years, with Wisconsin's boneheaded tax exemption making our state an emerging hub for these goliaths.

In April, a stunning milestone was reached. According to US Census Bureau data, AI data center construction at $50.7 billion outpaced all public spending on transportation infrastructure (airports, marinas, and mass transit) for the first time ever.

Getting people and goods from place to place efficiently is critically important, and sadly our nation has fallen behind many other developed countries in our transportation infrastructure.

While the oligarchs battle over who controls the future of big tech, our public services continue to lag behind, our energy bills skyrocket, and meaningful action on climate change drifts further and further away.

One quarter of WI childcare providers are at risk of closure or significantly reduced capacity as pandemic-era aid comes to an end at the end of this month, according to the WI Early Childhood Association.

Despite tuition being unaffordable for many families, rising costs have made it hard for centers to turn a profit and pay staff a living wage.

In the next state budget we must provide sustainable funding for childcare. Our families (and our economy) need it!

It was great to be back at St. Thomas More High School today with StateRep. Christine Sinicki to meet up with the MORE Robotics Team. The team finished strong this season, earning multiple awards and ultimately finishing in 4th place globally!

Robotics teams are all throughout Wisconsin and help our students develop strong skills in engineering, leadership, and communication - preparing them for STEM careers and contributing to Wisconsin’s future workforce. I encourage you to check them out.

As we start Pride Month, let us remember not only how far we've come, but also, how far we have yet to go.

Pride means never having to hide, and is a challenge for allies to step up and push back against hateful attacks and legislation aimed at our LGBTQIA+ neighbors. Love will always win.

That feeling when you get caught taking credit for $94 million in lead abatement funding for your home state when you voted against the bill.

Today, we celebrate 178 years of Wisconsin statehood. I’m proud to call Wisconsin home and grateful for the people, communities, and values that make our state so special. As we honor our history, we also look forward to building an even stronger future together.

Happy Wisconsin Founding Day!

Great news!

Yessenia Ruano, the Milwaukee teacher’s aide who was forced to self-deport to El Salvador after being denied due process by the Trump Administration, must be allowed to return home to Milwaukee, a federal judge has ruled.

Everyone deserves to have their Constitutional rights protected. Otherwise, our laws are nothing more than words and none of us are truly free.

Team Larson was out in Oak Creek yesterday to distribute district surveys and chat with neighbors about their top state priorities.

People are ready to stop the endless cycle of referendums and sustainably fund our schools!

Directly awarding the State Academic Excellence and the State Technical Excellence scholarships to our graduates is one of the most humbling parts of being an elected official. Our high school students today have to work harder and study harder than ever before and at graduation (and tonight, delivering their scholarship), it’s their time to shine.

I look forward to seeing all our graduates from the class of ‘26 achieve for our state and beyond.
