Energy Service Corps - UW Madison Energy Service Corps is currently a campaign on the UW Madison campus through WISPIRG and AmeriCorps. The United States is currently facing an energy crisis.

The way we are using our natural resources is not sustainable with more than 85% of our energy coming from non-renewable fossil fuels. Also, roughly 40% of the nation's total energy use goes to the heating, cooling and electricity use of our buildings. However, much of this energy use is wasted due to energy inefficiency of our buildings which could be reduced through weatherization. Energy Servic
