Excited to announce that yesterday Governor Evers signed four bipartisan housing bills that I introduced! They're now 2025 Wisconsin Acts 235, 236, 237, and 238!

With the legislative session complete, the Legislature has submitted proposals to Governor Evers for his approval. I am happy to say he signed four of my proposals into law in the last two weeks! A few more with bipartisan support are still on his desk, and I hope he'll sign them soon!

Congratulations to the Rice Lake Area School District eighth grade band for their performance today in the State Capitol!

The Senate's in today, and I'm happy to say it's voted to concur on six bills I introduced or was the Assembly lead on! These bills - mostly relating to housing or childcare - enjoyed bipartisan support and will now go to Governor Evers for his consideration.

AB 453: "Truth in Planning" has officially passed the Wisconsin Legislature and is headed to Gov. Evers’ desk. This bill reduces local zoning barriers and makes residential development more predictable across Wisconsin. Thank you to State Representative Dave Armstrong and Wisconsin State Senator John Jagler for authoring and advancing this important bill!
