🌳 General Manager
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities: Lead development of the orchard program, direct staff, and oversee farming operations and cultural practices to maximize crop performance.

🚜 Orchard Operator
Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities: Support daily orchard operations and assist in maintaining high-quality pecan production standards.

The first round of Adopt a Student Project acceptance emails is being sent out today!

As our team begins matching students with sponsors, we currently have more than 160 students still waiting to be adopted. These students come from North Texas, Bryan County, Atoka County, Marshall County, McCurtain County, and communities everywhere in between.
