It is with great sadness to have to announce the passing of our great friend, Carl Shorter. Carl is the husband to my long time legal assistant and current campaign treasurer, Lucy Shorter. Carl was a wonderful man and jokester who never met a stranger and made everyone he came in contact with laugh.

Out of respect to Lucy and the family, the campaign booth at the National Sandbass Festival will be closed on Wednesday, June 3rd, as we celebrate the life of our beloved friend. Please keep the family in your prayers as they navigate this difficult time.
