Lynn Cogdill has been committing a fraud on the voters of Madera since he arrived in town. With his "For-Profit Non-Profits" to his blatant not living in Madera while he was on the board his first time, Lynn Cogdill like his hero Donald Trump does not believe the rules are meant for him. Lynn is renting an apartment here in Madera on South C Street yet owns a house in Bakersfield with his wife, a
Kern County Nurse. He is taking a primary residence exemption on that house on Echo Summit Drive in Bakersfield and in doing so indicates that is where HE lives. For three years of his first board term he owned a house in Madera that he also claimed as his primary residence to take advantage of the tax exemption. In other words, TAX FRAUD. His is a Donald Trump supporting Republican trying to fool the good people of the UFW that he is one of them. In his four years on the board, he never got anything done for those two unions and if you listened to him in closed session you'd know he does not care about the Hispanic people. He just uses that segment of the population as a tool for his political goals. TO GET ELECTED.
