This week’s Summer Camp Collaboration with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office has officially come to a close, and what an incredible week it was! 🙌From fitness activities and games to mentorship and positive interactions, our goal was to keep students active, engaged, and having fun all summer long. 💙💪

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this week a success and to the students who brought the energy every single day! 😁

The fun isn’t over yet! 🚀 We’re excited to continue the journey next week as we head to Appling Middle School for another week of fitness, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. See you there! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

ITS THAT TIME!!!! SIGN YA KIDS UP NEOW!!🙌🙌🙌

MEDIA RELEASE: BIBB COUNTY SUMMER SAFE CAMP

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Bibb County Board of Education Campus Police, is currently hosting a FREE Bibb County Summer Safe Camp open to children between the ages of 7 and 14. Camp dates and locations are:

June 15th through June 18th at Weaver Middle School, 2570 Heath Road, from 8:20 AM to 2:20PM.

June 22nd through June 25th at Appling Middle School, 1646 B Upper River Road, from 8:20AM to 2:20 PM.

June 29th through July 2nd at Rutland Middle School, 6260 Skipper Road, from 8:20 AM to 2:20 PM.

The total capacity for each site is 80 children. You can register at any of the camp sites mentioned, the Bibb County Sheriff Outreach Section OR by scanning the QR Code on the provided flyer. Spaces are still available. This camp is FREE. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

🏀 Community Partnerships in Action 🏀

Today, members of the Bibb County Board of Education Campus Police Department had the opportunity to participate in an Officers vs. Players basketball game at Rosa Jackson Recreation Center as part of the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office PAL Basketball Skills Camp.

This event was a great example of what can be accomplished when agencies work together to positively impact our youth. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and the Bibb County District Attorney’s Office to build relationships, encourage teamwork, and engage with students in a positive environment.

The game provided more than just friendly competition—it created opportunities for mentorship, trust-building, and meaningful interactions with the next generation of leaders in our community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success. We look forward to continuing our commitment to supporting and investing in the youth of Bibb County.
