Friday, Oct. 16 — GOOSEBUMPS (2015) Family-friendly spooky fun just in time for the Halloween season!

ATTENTION: MACON DOG PARK COMMUNITY NOTICE

Macon-Bibb County Animal Welfare recently responded to a situation involving puppies that were found abandoned at Macon Dog Park. Animal Welfare has informed us that a case of canine parvovirus (parvo) has been identified.

We are sharing this information to make all pet owners aware of the potential health risk and to encourage everyone to take the proper precautions when visiting the park.

As a reminder, please follow all Macon Dog Park rules and guidelines. Most importantly, all dogs entering and using the park should be properly vaccinated and current on all required vaccinations.

If your dog has recently visited Macon Dog Park and you have concerns about possible exposure, please contact your veterinarian for guidance.

A NEW VIEW OF CAROLYN CRAYTON PARK SOFTBALL/BASEBALL COMPLEX!

We’re excited to announce that on Thursday, August 6, we officially reopened Softball/Baseball Field 7 at bringing the field back to life for youth and adult recreation, competitive play, and sports tourism!
The addition of another playable field at our Softball/Baseball Complex strengthens Macon-Bibb County’s ability to host even larger tournaments, welcome more teams, and attract visitors from across the region.

This is another exciting step forward for recreation and sports in Macon-Bibb County!
